First and foremost they credited the salary at the very onset of the 21 day lockdown in march. That helped in motivation.

Dislikes

There is not much growths or learning in the work. Always a feeling of surveillance.

on time salary, bonus, leave encashment, performance related pay, flexible office timing.

no training facility, no outing.

I like employee compensation and benefits and work and life balance is good,

no job security ,growth and appraisal is very low.very less growth on executive and sr. executive level.employee transfer to another state is very serious issue.

I had good time of my life with NTPC because I had good salary,job security,work life balance etc

Dislikes

I dislike about working at NTPC that I had no any chair/table space to sit in office in NTPC barethi chhatarpur MP.
