No early permission/half day permissions, low increments, descision making not quickly from HOD's, Hods do not follow safety, and main thing is there is a lot of pride in being an glochem employees including HOD's, more politics

Wellthe great thing about aarti is their leadership involvement in field. The culture of every worker towards safety and most important good work life balance at lower or mid level

Dislikes

The salary range, and the promotion these two are very frustrati g. A head who works in the same organisation for @6 years are standing at 18 lakh and new employee from other organisation having experience of 9 year is taking 24 lakh. Very frustrating

Work environment is good and salary benefits are nice. Employees are supportive and safety and security is very good. Subsidized food is available for all employees.

Dislikes

Parking is available but vendor failed to manage the space. It needs to be well managed.

Need not worry about your job security. Health insurance for your family is covered and other salary benefits are included.

Your work life balance will be disturbed if you're from out of station if you work in production department.

Good for skill development only. Other all things are worst no management no worklife balance manager will call you any time throughout the day Or night.
