As I know much more than my job profile and my work and salary is very low, same with approx 60 percent employees here, so I will say skill growing and salary is low points in Exl.

...men colleagues. There is ease at work and work pressure is not a word for Akums. Compensation benefits are excellent and management facilitate learning environment.

Some plants have no lifts. Use only ladders may be good for health but when you have to do up and down frequently it disappoints.

Main thing is concerned about salary. Managers are not enquired ground level report. who is the hard work and best . Managers are not recognise. Someone said to the manager that's do him like, that's not correct . Production people how much hard working known to all the department but production people's not satisfied in salary matters. That is concerned about salary
