The training period is paid. After completed the training period then you will come to operation. All supervisors all very supportive and good nature.

In my opinion there is no hike and appraisal on tenurtity basic in same process. Only promotion level increase a salary.

Zero stress it also depends upon the process you are put into. But in maximum process the work is stress free. You will enjoy good work life balance, work culture is also good. They celebrate each and every festival whole heartedly its a good company for freshers
