In MAHSR PROJECT, Everything is in worst condition. Those who know how to polish IS are getting pramoted , admin is worst part of the project, cost cutting is at peak in terms of employees welfare,

It is good that the company will give good package and learning opportunity to all it's employes. I worked with L&T Saudi Arabia here I woked at site every day I need to work for almost 12 hours. There are two different employment types are there one is direct employs those who are recruited directly to that country and the second is deputed staff those are transferred from India, there contracts are completely different and there benifits also different. They will take care of there employs but the work life balance is very difficult here.

I am not able to give time to my family and friends, as the working timings are not good.
