No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Being educated more than your HR and your manager you don't feel good about answering to those which are less educated than you. Trust me if people are saying that at parexel we have lots and lots of work to do trust me guys those which say these haven't worked in government sector

Work is balanced. Leave policy is lenient. Offers good intial package. Good communication from higher mangement regarding companys growth and direction

Appraisal is not satisfactory. Recognising good work is not priortized. Overall training and skill development could be improved
