LTIM has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. It also has a positive vibe, strong commitment , continuous improvement & Social Responsibility

While the company offers many good things, the benefits and the salary structure might not be as competitive compared to other organizations

-- No promotion opportunities. - Don’t understand onsite challenges. - Unreasonable, unlimited, and unrealistic expectations. - Vulnerability to contract termination. - Poor communication with clients by managers, which ultimately pressures employees to meet unreasonable client demands. - Unnecessary IT compliance; the laptop is more of a liability than a facility. - No activities or wellbeing programs for employees working on client sites. - Consulting at client sites feels like a glorified clerk job. - As per my view, there are hardly any visionaries in the organization. Even higher management primarily talks about business and money without considering the impact on the team, the project, and the client. - Besides money, if the firm thought a bit more about impact and wellbeing, outsourcing could become true consulting.

Accenture provides some amount of work-life balance.

...m. The clarity on progression and future outlook seems to be completely missing. No salary hike for some of the folks from last 2.5 years with no hopes even this year. The culture is also extremely bad. The leadership doesn't invest time in the resources. As a Leader, the focus has to be in growing the team, which is not the case here.

Get to work on projects for good companies. This gives an overall exposure into some of the biggest businesses around the world

1. Compensation is very poor 2. No work life balance 3. No policy for over-time work 4. No policy for late night shifts 5. No additional benifits 6. No additional gifts / bonuses / cheers points for festivals etc.
