I think bonus quarterly and annual release is not in a good shape or process , most of the time annual hike is getting delayed as per exiting employee , hopping for the best next year when time comes for me.

Most projects in java are legacy based, some use new Technology. No salary hikes for past 2 yrs, Negotiate as high as possible before enter

...m. The clarity on progression and future outlook seems to be completely missing. No salary hike for some of the folks from last 2.5 years with no hopes even this year. The culture is also extremely bad. The leadership doesn't invest time in the resources. As a Leader, the focus has to be in growing the team, which is not the case here.

Internal politics which is beyond HR control. Mgmt fav people gets uplifted soon and sometime biasedness prevail

of late, the work became monotonous and boring. so much changes in the management just to have the new mgmt identity strong. much stress on cost cutting rather focus on improving efficiency. more talkers than doers.
