There is no food facility and travelling facility

Good work environment and culture. Teammates and Management are supportive.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give fair salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Well it’s long list, to start with Professionalism, Best airways, nice policies ,good salary,I was given opportunities to learn all allocation, incentives, adjustment in shifts to encounter work life balance,adequate training timely basis etc

Every company has some flaws ,so do my company , appraisal was not as per market standard, no pick up and drop policies for shifts

everything. they do not have a job security. they do not provide full training. staff starts to work without traning ..learning from the collegues.
