1. Work life balance - Pathetic 2. Promotion - Don't even expect 3. Leadership - Rubbish (Only few Managers are good, but from Ops Manager none are good) 4. Even if you have leave balance you can't take it whenever you wish 5. Leave blockout for few weeks during sale(and sale in Amazon is like nearly in every month.) 6. Inhuman call flow(if it's your first job you're done) 7. Shift timings and week offs can get changed anytime 8. Pressure of doing OT. Even though that's optional thing, you'll be pressurized of doing so. The list continues...

Company is offering good salary with cab.

There is zero job security. They will remove you whever they want by telling that business requirements. First they will hire on their requirement season much more candidates more than requirement after the month is finished they will remove you without any notice period.

The job criteria and the salary matches the exact. You got the opportunity of promotion by filling the igps after the 6 months working period. It's literally very impressive work environment. People there is supportive also.

Dislikes

The work life balance if someone expressed there medical concern is high even with the proper documents and doctor consult. They are not listening to it they thought the person infront created the drama for the leaves. Specially in the case of women when she asking suffering from cramps and unable to sit then why the team leader is forcing to hit the tarket and have to sit on the floor not understand much.

Colleague and other senior designation worker are helping and good to mentor new members

Salary deduction due to their policy which new members don't know because as usually we didn't get that much time to read their policies of 25 pages.

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Asking for leaves is biggest challenge here if you ask it upper management will act like you are asking for there lives plus its so low like 21 leaves a year like seriously !? 7. HR is discriminating between process only ones who are there favs get events,brunchs ,parties & we got nothing
