They never increase your salary if you think after promotion you'll get more then that's your loss. After promotion you supposed to stick on the same salary. And now onwards they're providing less salary. So Good Luck

I love working in Amazon and love many things about it. Stability,salary and working culture.

Baised nature , no new skill learning, not giv n the opportunity to learn new skills after for 4 years, not given opportunity to deserving people and promoting non deserving candidates without doing clear interview.

The work life is stress less. The salary is good. The environment is awesome all the people are very helpful and easy to get along with. The work from home facility which is extremely rare. The benefits are actually awesome being a part of Amazon.
