Best place to work as a fresher to 3 years experience ,very good work life balance,30 paid leaves 12 sick leaves ,and other leaves provided. In my 6 years I have never seen company fires anyone, so job security is very good Enjoy work with other activities. Managers are helpful and company work culture is friendly.

1.Pay varies department to department though post is same ,which is not good 2.Hike and bonus is very limited ,Hr policy only favours manager, 90 days notice period which is very strict 3.slow growth 4.everytime only work ,no skill development and personality development 5.promotion is slow ,as talent is not recognized, hiring managers only promoting people having more work experience along with known person 6.company see their senior staff as burden and hires freshers to give less salary and give very less salary as you gets experience.
