Less hardly any Opportunities, No growth at all absolute 0 growth that is what I do not like about Amex, I don't like 24*7 shift either, absolute night shifts are worst.

Never work here as as contractual employee, no yearly hikes, no incentives, no benefits, delay in salary, partiality as compared to payroll employees on every level possible, no respect at last.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Amex provides unmatchable salary among the market.

Growth like any other organisation these days is very slow.

Throughout the experience has been pretty decent, in terms of perks and compensation there isn't a match that stands against Amex. Individual can earn from 30000-300000 pm. Values and the mentors seemed excellent. If you plan for just the monitary part you are at the right place. All the best

Scope of growth is almost next to impossible. You'll have to be an excellent performer to outsand the others and if you fail to do that nobody would even know your existence. Work-life balance isn't possible because of 24/7 shifts.
