I work in a customer service department and it's a chat process. In my process, we can do work from home if can't come to the office due to any reason or in any emergency. I will say there is flexibility in my process.

Dislikes

The salary isn't good. They tell you a particular amount, your in-hand salary, but that's not true. The variable amount is included there, and in hand, the salary is less than you were told. Now, you have to meet targets to earn your money. Let's assume you complete your targets, then there will be a test every month; if you fail that, forget the money which they are giving you as an incentive.

Salary on time and there are incentives, seniors are supportive and HR and BHR team are very helpful

As it's a 6 days working with fixed off Sunday so till bit difficult to manage work and life
