Where Do I start, Salary !. Its Bad. If You are in Operations. Its really bad. Tbh i've got very good appraisal but my salary was so low that even after getting it, it was not enough. And to get that much of appraisal. You got to have Good relation with your client and for that You have to work like you dont have any family. I've worked for Entire month averaging 10hr without getting any off time. The more things you learn. They will assign you more work.

At the biggest moment in my life of marriage this particular organization didn't gave me hand full of leaves. The employee satisfaction environment is on weaker side else rest of the things are okay with this organization.
