Give responsibilities to people that help them expand their skill set. 2 Recognition... just around of applause&prasing people makes them feel valued. Assures them that their efforts are being seen..Celebrate people, It goes long way. 3 Respect...If you disrespect people nobody is going to stay with you. High performing talent, as they know their value in the market.. Organisation have to concentrate these things and maintain a fearless and friendship atmosphere. It build mutual trust between employees and organisation.

In reliance retail the salary is very less as according to job timing as it is 2pm to 11 pm As they do promotion in every six month or 1 year but does not increase the salary
