The management follows private culture and the employees are more pressure and no work life balance. There is no satisfaction in work. Every day some fear is there that day how go about meetings and priorities of work. Kindly change the work culture.

Salary credited on time. Work culture is so so.

No work - personal life balance. Worked on holiday's but no comp off. Bonus and salary hike is too low. No training conducted in 3 year's of my term. Very less interaction between higher supervisor.

A great place for growth, but work -life balance can be a challenge. ICICI Bank provides excellent learning opportunities for career growth, especially for those starting out in banking and finance. structured training programs and a focus on skill development.

Slow growth, work environment, infrastructure, job roles, salary compensation.

All are good job security, work life balance, Job satisfaction, Skills and knowledge development, these are all is good

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

It is a reputed organisation and the largest public sector bank in India. The salary and perks are better as compared to other PSBs. There is job security.

Dislikes

Long sitting hours, lot of workload, seniors threatening to transfer/change posting, stress and pressure of completing targets, working on weekends and holidays. Huge customer base means a lot of customer dealing.
