Company still implements Bell curve. Less job security irrespective of good performance. Company HR has non or Less role. Major power is with management. You need to find great d father to Excel.

Team bonding activities, HR connects etc, are missing. Interactions here are very transactional.

New learning opportunities in the cloud space. They do not look at past experience or relevant experience while giving you an opportunity. All they look for is passion and willingness to learn! This is really a good thing!

Extra cautious of market condition. Hence slowness in promotions and salary hike.

The work culture is great. You will receive instant inputs from leads if stuck anywhere. At TCS, you will feel a sense of accomplishment, of course, along with TCS brand name. Working at TCS has it onw pros and cons. TCS has tied up with leading Tech and non tech learning platforms ensuring employees are up to date with latest trends in technology

Dislikes

You will have to wait for your salary and promotions to increase if you are joining this company with only these points keeping in mind.

First of all, its job security, you will be like your own boss. Secondly, work life balance is too good even if tight deadlines. No micro management even no one gonna ask you for such small thing like away for 1 or 2 hours etc.

Dislikes

Low salary,low percentage of increment, sometimes low infrastructure.
