Hybrid work after COVID. Need to travel to work without actual necessity. Too much Internal politics. Treatment of employees by senior employees. No proper support from HR on microaggressions. No anonymous survey conducted monthly on employee wellbeing. Coverup in the name of meditation, mental wellness etc
