U great a lot of learning opportunities.The colleagues here are good. Salary is on time Always. Appraisals are average.

Work pressure is too much high. Client is always given priority over the employee. Employee value is very decnnt. Only favourites candidates are preferred over eligible candidates for overseas projects. Travel policy is very bad.

There are multiple verticals in Caresoft, and each vertical works in a different way. Job satisfaction is an individual perspective, but overall if you are a localite it's a good company to work with. Job security is a guaranteed one.

...ergency deployments. Project management is to be focussed on delivery aspects. The salary package is not competitive and appraisals are not on par with the work you did. Software domain culture to be improved.

There is no job security in Tech Mahindra. So think twice before joining there. Before joining to the company the HR's will talk to us very nicely. but once we join there no one will help to resolve your issues. In such cases you need to get help from your co-worker and I am not sure why the company having HR department to resolve employee queries. I had joined the company Jun 2022, but they haven't allocated to any project and they kept me on business wait for 3months. If they don't have a projects then why they want to hire employees. At the end of 3rd month HR called and as per the rules if the resource stays in a business wait for more than 90days, they will terminate the employees. I left the company on Oct 2022. My journey with Tech Mahindra ended so soon. I didn't even expect that from such a big organization. So think before joining to the company.
