I work in a customer service department and it's a chat process. In my process, we can do work from home if can't come to the office due to any reason or in any emergency. I will say there is flexibility in my process.

Dislikes

The salary isn't good. They tell you a particular amount, your in-hand salary, but that's not true. The variable amount is included there, and in hand, the salary is less than you were told. Now, you have to meet targets to earn your money. Let's assume you complete your targets, then there will be a test every month; if you fail that, forget the money which they are giving you as an incentive.

Getting salary increase, company benefit and appraisal is the hardest part for the employees.

Different process have different perks. The process I am in might not be favorable for occassions where you desparately need to rush to the loo. 😅

Better sallery package, both side cab up to 40 km or more. Hiring HR are helpful.

Dislikes

Management is maniac. Process HR is chapri. TL's are khachre type creature with 0% process knowledge. No increment, 0% chance of grow. People are already decided for IGP's.
