Safety Prospectus, Organisation is very strict standards. Rest Culture of RIL is also good but not excellent. Punctuation of Staffs, Buses, Company Vehicle is very perfect.

Deduction of CTC under Salary is very High, Such as Medical Premium, PF Amount (Twice Side from Our CTC STR), diffrent types of Volunteers Taxs etc. Further Initial Guest House, is not standard.
