Work-life balance is a big issue if you are working in sales/bdm in RelianceBPMobility Unnecessary pressure and unrealistic targets can let to tremendous pressure and you could also be asked to leave if you don’t meet the targets Skill development is zero as you will be only chasing targets

mediclaim cost deducted from ctc, Naroda unit is Just a name of RELIANCE, nothing reliance here, bad culture, bad management, no growth. Only politics.

Traveling allowance is very poor and no proper planning by the management to improve and high sales volume because of unskilled manpower.The cooperation of reporting head is zero and time to time I face discrimination from t.s.m.
