Will get a decent growth in this company but in terms of Compensation needs a little more when compared to other FMCG companies

The company is open to innovation and readily adoptsletest technology. I love the fact that i am apart of a team that markets reliable. High-qualityproducts and has a global client base. As a result.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. But growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day a Ihave to attend cliend calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength which is why I have to take back my seggestions most of the times.

Good working culture, job security is there, but the grow is minimal also the work life balance is hard to maintain.
