Culture, growth opportunities and compensation have declined from great to good in last 2-3 years. The focus is only on share price, no longer a people focused company

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

It has helped me build a robust career and helped me grow along with the organization.

Frequently changing revision cycles, changing promotions process and cycles and very less salary hikes. Also for the veteran employees, salary standards are very low compard to the market standards
