Somewhat job security is there. Most of the projects are long term and stable. Salary at entry time is good. Encourages employees to take up paid certification which is reimbursed.

Dislikes

No promotion/hikes for last 3 years. Management doesn't care about good performers. HR is just a myth in this company. Client and company combined try to extract every ounce of work possible from a single person.

We have plenty of leave but can't take. Almost zero appraisal, no respect or hard work. This company is only for managers.
