Somewhat job security is there. Most of the projects are long term and stable. Salary at entry time is good. Encourages employees to take up paid certification which is reimbursed.

Dislikes

No promotion/hikes for last 3 years. Management doesn't care about good performers. HR is just a myth in this company. Client and company combined try to extract every ounce of work possible from a single person.

HCL gives you job security as compared to any other MNC and you will get salary hike every year depending upon your performance and skills. Company culture is not too good and not to bad

Dislikes

Many of the projects may lead to work in totally Night shifts so HCL should have to provide both sides cabs because many of their employees are coming from very far. HCL should work on their project managements.

No good salary. No hikes. Company culture is good

No hike connsidering skillset, knowledge according to market standards. No WFH No transfer requests are allowed though we served for same organization and client for many years

Team was very good, project was also very good. Manager and team lead was also very good and supportive.

Dislikes

Only thing which is not liked is salary part tha package was not good upto the market standards. Otherwise everything was very good.
