Transport policy of the cab is only 1 side for thr morning shift employees that is also without ACs in summers along with the deduction in your salary. Salary/benefits/promotion are not good Here.

Work culture is not at all good. 1 person is doing work of 3 person No reward/increment for the hard work A huge amount of CTC is declared as variable pay Sometime it seems that management is doing partiality

I would like to say a big THANKS to GeBBS for not keeping me unemployed and provide me to to courage to survive in this situation.
