Day to Day Office

Okay, here’s my confession... 🙈

A few years ago, I needed approval for a reimbursement bill, but I was in a rush and knew my boss wouldn’t be around for a few days. So, I took matters into my own hands and signed my boss’s name on the approval form. 😬

Honestly, at the time, I thought it was no big deal – the paperwork got approved, I got my reimbursement, and it was all smooth sailing. But now, looking back, I realize how immature and risky that was! 🤦‍♂️

I didn’t get caught, but it was a total “what was I thinking?” moment. Anyone else ever pulled off something like this in their career... and got away with it? Or am I the only one who still cringes at this? 😅

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in  Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office .

I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA

There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL

Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do
