I have 2.7 years of experience in the same company, earning 8 LPA as a mobile app developer. This is my first company where I started my career. Should I change companies now? Initially, I was only a native Android app developer, but now I have knowledge of Flutter as well, and I can develop both Flutter apps and native Android apps.

I have 11 years of experience , Azure Developer.

Can you please guide / suggest which company should I join .
I am confused since both are offering the  same CTC .

past 7-8 months trying hard to get placed. gave 7 interviews. 3 cleared fully(even got congratulations mail) . Sadly In that 2 are not responding even mc HR not picking call or msg. 1 offer left is non-tech Business Development Associate at a startup in Noida.
- 6 montths internship - 15k + variable ~15k
- ppo with 6-9 LPA 
- joining next month(march)
what should i do? Should i wait for another chances in tech or move on with this offer and try while working with the startup.

If i wait another 2-3 months i will be competing with 2025 passouts.

my skills-Java, Springboot-hibernate, APIs, Angular(basic), Azure-DevOps, K8s, Docker, Prom-Grafana stack.

April 2024 - July 2024, internship,Sales Associate. Excel, powerbi, sql.
August 2024 - Jan 2025, Acquired Skills for Business Analyst got Certified from Microsoft-LinkedIn Program, Applied for various positions in those 6 months but no response.
1 Feb 2025 - till now working as purchase manager in small electrical company. Price analysis, negotiations, Excel, and cost savings.

I did not want to waste my time further. That's why I joined this company as this job requires analysis.
