I went from 8.7 Lacs to 18lacs in just one jump and then 18Lacs to 42lacs in another. I have seen people going from 11.8L to 12.5L as well. Honestly speaking, there is no standard at all for these.

EY vs KPMG vs IBM which should I join?
My current CTC in Accenture is 9 LPA(7.68 fixed + Variable) for 5.10 years of experience as a SAP ABAP developer. Now I got offer from 3 top Consulting firms.
1. Company - EY GDS
First offer - 12.20 LPA Fixed
Revised offer - 16.80 LPA fixed
Location - Noida
2. Company - KPMG
Offer - 15 LPA ( 12.75 fixed + Variable)
Location - Gurgaon
3. Company - IBM
Offer - 18 LPA ( 16.20 fixed + Variable)
Location - Gurgaon
In which company I should go? And what should be the expected CTC for 5.10 years of experience ABAP Consultant. I have not asked IBM and KPMG for counter offer yet what ctc should I ask ??

Offer letter - confused
Hello everyone, my CTC in my current company is 4.5LPA, I have an offer of 8.5LPA with an experience of 4.6years. I am confused whether my skills are getting paid well or not. I want to get somewhere around 11 to 12 but the new company says they don't have a budget. How should I negotiate?

My Husband’s Job Is Breaking Him🥲
I'm newly married, and after the wedding, I went on a vacation with my husband. He works at a very well-known company, as a specialist. Unfortunately, during most of our vacation, he was working on his laptop. I even overheard a conversation with his manager, who spoke to him very rudely even though he was on holiday leave. She expected him to work and her behavior was completely inappropriate.
Every time we go for a bike ride or spend time together, all he talks about is his toxic work culture, his boss, the constant workload, and how little he’s paid. By nature, he’s a soft-hearted, gentle guy, and I can clearly see that his manager is taking advantage of that.
He feels trapped in the job because he doesn’t think I’ll be able to support him financially on my own.
Please help me understand how to deal with this situation. I really want to help him.🙏
