Both PMP and CSCP are solid choices! 💡 It really depends on whether you're more focused on project management or on supply chain optimization

Both are strong certifications! If your goal is to grow as a project manager, go for PMP. If you want to advance within the supply chain industry specifically, CSCP will provide you with deep insights and specialized knowledge. Consider where you want to position yourself in the next few years.

PMP will certainly help you in project management roles, but if you're looking for something more focused on supply chain and logistics, CSCP is the better fit.

Toxic Work Environment
Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

But for the "buy out" to happen, HR needs something officially written from my manager that I do...
