PMP vs CSCP

Dear All, I am 6 years experience professional working in Supply Chain Industry as an Operations Manager. My Education Qualification is "B.E (Mechanical)" and PG (Operation Management). I am looking forward in 2025 to pursue a New Skill and Certification for Career Growth. But I am bit confuse which to opt for whether it "PMP" or "CSCP" certification. Dear Mates require your advice on this !

Toxic Work Environment
