Need Career growth advice

Hi everyone, I have been working in steel detailing industry as checker for over 5 years with only 6LpA. I’d like to switch companies but not sure which to go since there are many cons than the pros in most companies. Most of the companies work 6 days a week with more than 11 hours work in a day and pay a little. that is so tiresome. Can anyone suggest me some companies with good work life balance and working environment? And also I had a wild thought of switching my field from civil engineering (steel detailing) to data analysis and have been working on learning things for that.. Doing Executive MBA and learning things like Python, Powerbi but I don’t know how to initiate the career in data analysis and which company to approach initially.. Can anyone suggest me which one I can opt please?! Thanks a lot in advance.

Hmmmm go for a tech company or consulting firm for work-life balance, and start with internships or freelance projects to transition into data analysis.

[timepasstiwari](username) no I haven’t yet. Almost all the companies prefer experienced candidate in the specific field. I’m asking suggestions whether switching field is possible.
