Need Advice and guidance for first switch
Iam about to complete 1 year in the current company iam working in as a data analyst and my CTC is 4.2lpa also i have an additional 1 year of internship experience with Btech in cse
what do you guys think i should be aiming for CTC and Company wise

If you target MNCs (like TCS, Infosys, or Accenture), expect 4.5 LPA to 5.5 LPA, as they might be a bit more structured but typically offer stability and a great learning environment.
