Looking for a job in Gurgaon or Pune

Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Currently working as technology leadWith 9 years experience. Current ctc is 14.6 with variable. Got an offer in tcs with 21LPA including variable pay of 3.7LPAIs This offer is comes under market standard.Is it good offer to grab or search for better offer. I feel This 3.7 is literally more variable then other companies. Please give some suggestions.

My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time.I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do?Can I join new company will 2 weeks are left to complete notice period in current company? can new company know about this? How can I tackle and get out of this situation?
