Looking for a job.
Hello all,
I have 2 years of overall experience.
1 year 4 months of experience,in international voice calling and 9 months of experience in the non voice kyc verification process.
I am currently working in ADP but I want to leave the company as soon as possible.
I have already tried in a couple of companies,
Big no for Tech Mahindra,
Amazon VCC - no,
OSBI - I already worked,
Copart - I already worked,
Regalix - they are offering 4.8lpa so no,
Synchrony - I already worked,
Comcentrix - offering 3.9lpa,
Cognizant - offering 4lpa,
Flutter- I already worked.
I want to work with Google, Deloitte, Wells Fargo or jp morgan but I don't have a degree. If Intermediate is accepted please refer me.
My last ctc was 4.5lpa
And in ADP it is 5.85lpa
I am hoping for something similar till 6lpa.
If you have any vacancies in your company please refer me , in order to get in touch for cv and other details please reach out thru newgeneration0401@gmail.com

For anyone wondering
I worked in Synchrony for 1 year 4 months
Post which I got selected in tech Mahindra but then due to package miscommunication I left as it was entirely different than what was offered ,then I joined OSBI but they let us new hires go as the process was shut down I was there for 3 months, I joined copart worked for 3 months due to health issued had to take break same goes with Amazon then I joined flutter and worked there for 8 months.
So I usually mention synchrony and flutter experience as the other ones are less than 6 months and won't be considered.

Got an offer in tcs with 21LPA including variable pay of 3.7LPAIs This offer is comes under market standard. Is it good offer to grab or search for better offer. I feel This 3.7 is literally more variable then other companies. Please give some suggestions.

I recently graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering. I have secured a job as a Business Analyst at an eCommerce brand with a salary package of 4.5 LPA. Considering I graduated from a tier 3 college and got the job off-campus, is this a good package? What should I focus on next: skill development or switching skills? If I choose to skill up, how should I go about it? Should I join a course or pursue certifications? Additionally, I am curious abou...
