Is there any notice period buy out policy in Infosys?
I am working in a project and I want to resign. Is there any buy out policy Infosys has? Whats the procedure for that?

Yes, Infosys does have a buyout policy. i would recommend you to discuss it with your HR as they can give you updated details about the policy and procedure.

Don't go for buyout.. just lie at them saying my health issue not good that's y I'm resigning first 30 days only I will be available like that.. i will put efforts and give KT and handover within that. After that I won't be available surgery is planned accordingly so it's good for me and company to avoid paying me in this time and leaving me from company
