Infosys, is this the "better India" we were promised?🤔
A Chartered Accountant (CA) recently complained on [X] (formerly Twitter) about how difficult it is to use the new tax filing website. This website was built by Infosys the same company that encouraged people to work 70 hours a week to help India grow.🤷♂️
Instead of saving time, the website's glitches are making CAs work even longer! It's like trying to build a sandcastle on a beach with strong waves - everything keeps falling apart!
Shouldn't filing taxes be easier, not harder? Thoughts?

Indeed, the Digital Infrastructure in question here should make things simpler rather than making it complicated for the user to file their taxes.
