How does referral program work
Hi all , I just referred 1 of my friend to Tech mahindra.
She has cleared the interview and waiting for offer letter.
HR asked me to upload her profile in Career portal page . Just wanted to know if any referral bonus will be given ?
If yes, how much? Any ideas ?
I tried fetching documents to see these things but could not find any .

I have seen many companies offer referral bonuses but exact amount varies...mereko bhi refer kardo if you can?? gareeb log ki mandat kardo🤣 Double bonus milegaaa
