Hi, i have over more than 4 year of experience specially into project management, budget development, cashflow forecasting.

I don't know what to do now currently i do have package of 10,20000, just don't know how to switch looking my friends and colleagues who are getting double digit salary in between range of 15 to 25 lpa also some of them getting jobs in abroad looking them i feel stuck, trying many thing but it seems not a single things going into my favor. Looking for positive advice.

Firstly, don't compare yourself with anyone else , I understand we all need to upskill and grow but everyone's journey is different. Also, may be you could try upskilling in a trending field like AI or cybersecurity.
