ESOPs don’t always work, but when they do its magical🌟
5000 Swiggy employees made around 9000 crores in the IPO
Some of them would have even made 100 crore plus
Many many more would have made 10 crore plus
And
Many Many Many Many more would have made 1 crore plus.
So many people became crorepatis just overnight.
This changed my entire perspective regarding ESOPs.
Gonna accpet every ESOP offer now onwards!

ESOPs typically have a vesting period, which means you won't be able to sell them immediately. This means you'll have to wait for a certain period before you can realize any gains.

ESOPs are not always easy to sell. You may need to wait for the company to go public or be acquired before you can sell them.

Should I Take the Risk?
I have a crush on a coworker who's higher up and earns more😅We work in different departments, and while she is two years younger than me, she belongs to a higher pay grade of employees who earn almost twice as much as I do, although we do almost similar work. Do you have any tips on how to approach her without making things awkward?

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Can I reach out to HR for salary revision after accepting offer? I still have 3 weeks left for joining. *My interview went really well. But HR low balled just becuase of current salary
