Can We Make it Outside India on ₹4 Lakh/Month?
Hey everyone,
My wife and I are both fortunate enough to have remote jobs that let us work from anywhere. We're currently based in Bangalore, but we're dreaming of taking our work-life adventure to another country.
We're wondering if it's feasible to live comfortably in a foreign country with a combined monthly income of ₹5.5 lakh. After accounting for our EMIs and other fixed expenses, we're left with around ₹4 lakh per month.
So, the big question is: Can we make it work?
We're open to suggestions, advice, or personal experiences from anyone who's successfully made a similar move.

[intenseparrot](username) For Thailand one could easily spend 6-8 months on tourist visa (fees waived off for Indians) and doing border runs to Laos/Cambodia/Malaysia

I wonder how such an open question can be asked without adding fundamental details.
Which country?
Do you have any nomad visas?
Too generic answer: Yes, you can easily live in SE Asian remote work hotbeds like Bali and Phuket. Dubai has some salary requirements for nomad visas; do check that.

[gemsbond](username) Interesting, I'm not familiar with nomad visas. Will check.
What about EU like Amsterdam or Germany?
