I have an HR round on Wednesday, and I really need to switch jobs. But the problem is that my current company's notice period is 2 months. How can I convince the new company about this? Any advice?

Also, should I leave my current company immediately and get an experience letter from someone, edit it, and submit it to the new company?

Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked.
In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved..
Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉
The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!"
Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best!

DeepSeek's "Budget" AI  Innovation or Just a Taste of Their Own Medicine?

I am java backend dev and my current tech stack is Java, spring boot, microservices, restful APIs, mysql, dsa(400+ problems in leetcode) Have knowledge in kafka as well but no hands on experience.

My current CTC is 7Lpa

No frontend or cloud experience. I got the above offer(hyd location,hybrid model). I have already resigned in my company, attended few interviews but failed in all. Should I prepare more rigorously? Or be satisfied it's a good package for my current exp?
