No work life balance Overload of work Manager remain on WFH but want his team to come to the office everyday which is really disgusting Manager and one senior who doesn't deserve to be a team lead and he is not even a TL plays strong politics and due to which it impacts on our progress. Politics are at it's peak. CEO don't have anidea or he might have an idea but don't schedule one on one meet with the team members of different departments. He needs to tak out some time to discuss with each person about the inside story that is going on. CEO ask team loudly "Ask me anything" in front of whole office. If josh is reding this 1. Higher employee like team leader in team are like they are the owner of the company threatening employees for their job for no reason. 2. They act like they are above everyone even in cabs while pickup and drop time to and from office. 3.
