HR. No defined policies. Policies will change based on situation as per their advantage. Admin. You cannot feel that there is such team. Toilets are like old theatre in village, broken chairs and smelling office premises. Finance Team. No timely pay and clearance of PF. No tax savings instruments to escape from extra work. Management. Comes only into picture to ask to do extra hours of work. IT team provides laptop which are like thrown systems by other companies. They rarely work. Stresses and overlords whoever works Extended hours of work. No scope for personal time....Read More
