Terrible, I was working as an Operations Manager but no job security, no work ethics and no employee life cycle whenever they want they remove employees without intimation and nor giving them chance to serve notice period.. very much disappointing for ones who is the only earner in their family

Dislikes

Please don't join, no work ethics and no respect for employees.

Work Details

Only they are interested for their work. Whether if it's your week off or u are on leave or late night at office they will pressurise and tell whether u need ur salary or not.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
