Working at Yashoda Hospitals for four years had its highs and lows. On the positive side, salaries were always paid on time, ensuring financial stability. However, career growth opportunities were limited to a select few, leaving most employees with little room to advance. The work culture was far from ideal, with a lack of teamworkand support that stifled personal and professional growth. Additionally, the hospital seemed to favor employees from Telangana, making it harder for those from other regions to feel valued or integrated. Dislikes

There were several aspects of Yashoda Hospitals that left much to be desired. One of the biggest dislikes was the lack of career growth opportunities, with promotions and advancements seemingly reserved for a select few. The work culture was also a major concern, as it lacked teamwork, support, and encouragement for personal development. Another frustrating aspect was the favoritism towards employees from Telangana, which made non-local staff feel excluded and undervalued. If there is any personal problem, leave should be begged. Salary will be cut if you take leave and you have to do work on the day of leave also the next day
