Very very much micromanagement Every day meeting- what you did, what you will do, any unnecessary questions and ultimately he is right, and you are wrong in any case. even if your boss fault is there, still you are guilty If you argue with him or try to explain, will take it personally and you can see by the face expression. Sr. People at DGM level, just doing time pass sirf aana or ghar jana, no input, no knowledge, but working for 20 years, but knows nothing and leading the department. People need to update, change way of work, adopt new things.......Read More
