Thanks for sharing your experience with our company. Since this is an anonymous review, we can't delve into the specific situation as we don’t know who is behind this review or whether this person actually works for us. However, we’d like to clarify a few points. Firstly, the claim that we’re an "HR-based company"—this is not true. In fact, we recruit on behalf of our growing number of clients, mostly in the Netherlands. If the client decides to work with a candidate, we offer that candidate a job within our organization. Secondly, regarding our organizational structure: yes, we are a flat organization without any managers. This is actually one of our USPs and a key reason why our current workforce appreciates working here. Lastly, office politics is simply not part of our operating model!
