No job security if the manager feels they wants to remove from company immediately they are going to remove them with out any background check and previous work performance calculations lot of politics is going in the company the people who is good in buttering with higher positions they are going to survive

Nothing important to note other than work life balance.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No proper Indian Management. Don't know about other parts. No value to work, which again will be much appreciated from counter parts from other countries, because only they know that they are getting what they are expecting. Manager feel like owners. Lacks in managing and updating policies time to time. Lacks in HR management. Chart may be a good company in overseas but not in India, especially Hyderabad. No technical work/Training. Very Very less Salaries. Don't believe any promises made orally.
